Through a collaborative and person-centred approach, Mikhala empowers individuals to take an active role in their healing and growth process. By delving deep into the internal and external factors that influence health uncovering the root causes of dysfunction. Personalised treatment plans are crafted that combine traditional and evidence-based naturopathic approaches, such as food as medicine, nutritional therapeutics, herbal remedies, diet and lifestyle techniques as well as mindfulness practices. Every treatment is meticulously designed to realign the body with its unique flow, fostering holistic healing.

Mikhala has always been drawn to exploring those deeply held parts of ourselves to understand and accept imaginal and invisibles of life, the way someone can touch us within the depths of our hearts and evoke such strong emotions, how the Earth continues to show us that our bodies are an immense intelligence capable of healing through the power of nature. How to sit still and listen to the inner wisdom that is always inside us, how to be sustainable, how to walk gently on the earth and how to embody our roles of service within our communities and share our gifts to enrich those around us.

Temple Door has been created as a space for people to be nurtured, to be bought back to balance whilst supported by nature.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you work with Other Health Practitioners? Yes absolutely, I enjoy working integratively with GP's and other practitioners to achieve the best possible results.

Can I Claim on Private Health? Unfortunately not at the moment, however there is continual work happening to have Naturopathy & Herbal Medicine recognised as registered professions. If your financial circumstances are preventing you from accessing support and help for your medical conditions, please let me know as I am always happy to support and assist.

How Many Appointments will I need? It really depends on the person, some people with an acute condition such as a cold or flu who need basic support may only come once, but if you have a more complex or chronic condition, often these take a little longer to get on top of. For more chronic conditions, you may see improvements in the initial phases but may require ongoing consults to see a permanent change in your condition.

Who do You Treat? I treat any ages from babies to the elderly.
